Once registered, you will receive either a return label or a QR code.

Pack the item securely and drop off the return at your nearest service point, following the provided instructions.

Once the return has arrived at our warehouse and has been approved, the refund will be processed within a few days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Items that are used, washed, or returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be rejected or refunded with a deduction.
