We offer payment via PayPal and Credit card.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated in the checkout. However we never charge any extra for shipping, only the actual cost or at times less.
How do I make a complaint?
In the event of a complaint, you email us at email@example.com and describe the problem. After that, you are welcome to send the item back to our warehouse. You do this in the same way as when you send back a return, use the attached return slip
What happens if I haven't picked up an item I ordered?
An item that is not picked up goes back to and you are charged 30 Euro for transport and administration.
How long do I have the right to make a return?
We offer returns on unused products up to 30 days after purchase.
