2. Orders and Contract Formation

The display of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. A purchase agreement is formed when you submit an order and we confirm it by email.

We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if an incorrect price has been displayed due to a technical error.

5. Delivery

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

us clearly in writing (by email) within 14 days of receiving your order.

-       Return
the goods in their original condition and packaging where possible.

-       You
bear the cost of the return shipment unless otherwise agreed.

We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to business
customers (B2B).

7. Defective Goods and Complaints

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue. We offer remedies in line with applicable consumer protection law, including repair, replacement, or refund.

Claims for defective goods must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, and no later than two years from delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law. EU consumers retain the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
